Questions?

    Frequently Asked

Answers to the things people usually want to know.

    What's included in your prices?+

Our price includes gear, filming, editing, licensed music, and most importantly a talented team to take your video from start to finish.

What are your average turnaround times?+

We usually ask for 2 weeks notice before a shoot day, but we can jump in last minute if needed. After the shoot day, the first edit comes in 1-2 weeks. If you need it quicker, we often do on-site edits or overnight edits for shoots like conferences and trade shows. Just let us know what you need!

Do you only work with clients in Greenville?+

We work with clients all over and have traveled across the country and world to capture content. Check out our locations page to find out more about where we most frequently film.

Do you have live streaming capabilities?+

We sure do! We can help your team produce multi-cam (we're talking "real" cameras, not your laptop's webcam) streams on common platforms using a video switcher. We can even use green screens to virtually place you on a beach!

    Do you have drones?+

Yes, and we partner with FAA licensed drone pilots. Let your producer know if you would like drone footage, and we can do some initial research for you. Drone laws have become extra strict over the past few years, so we can give you detailed info once locations are nailed down.

    Do you offer photography?+

We partner with incredible photographers who work with us regularly on projects to capture stunning photos. We would be happy to coordinate photography for you on your next project.

Can you edit footage we already have?+

Yes, we can edit and store all kinds of footage. Clients often use us as a home base for their edit needs because of our quick turnarounds and availability.

If you film it, can you give it to us to edit?+

Absolutely! We can deliver raw footage on hard drives or online depending on the amount of footage. We do not deliver project files, unless we arrange to build your project for you in the quoting process.

Do you think The Mandalorian is awesome?+

Many of us believe the popular Disney+ series completely redeemed Star Wars for a new generation. We also know this can be controversial, so please schedule a Good Fit Call so we can make sure we're on the same page about Baby Yoda.

    Do you do weddings?+

Maybe in an alternate universe, but not this one. It's not that we don't like weddings, it's just people usually get married on Saturdays and college football games also happen on Saturdays. Conflicting interests.

Will Elon Musk's SpaceX make it to Mars?+

We hope so, we'd like to open an office there ASAP.

Is it true that many of your hard drives are named after characters from Marvel movies and Parks and Recreation?+

Yes. And don't forget The Office.
